Biography: Garth was created by Kona's father to protect her. He obeys her, yet has his own freewill. He contains an inner compartment, well insulated, that can be vacuum sealed in the event of deep water. Lined with rubber to prevent electrical damage and well padded, the compartment contains water and food access, along with a bookshelf. Garth's armor has a few extra smaller compartments for storage, and also possesses a large warhammer. Garth cannot actually speak, instead making mechanical groaning noises. Kona has learned to understand these, and translates for Garth when needed.

Biography: Kona is the daughter of a wizard who was the headmaster of a school of magery. He created Garth to protect Kona, and sent them out into the world for an unknown reason. Garth was given specific instructions, that he cannot actually reveal to Kona. She is surprisingly intelligent for her age, and knows how to read. She mostly spends her time resting in Garth, reading a book. She rarely goes outside, due to Garth's over-protectiveness. She has a viewing orb that allows her to see what Garth sees, unless he disables it.
