Bearing full black clothing and a peculiar white mask, the vendor claims to be To'Mire, although many are unaware of what he means. He always carries a rectangular bag by his side, containing many strange masks which he claims have odd powers. Although he is commonly regarded as a cheat and fraud by bystanders, he has never been confronted or assaulted by those who have bought his wares.
