Why you think you should have these items.: Because a boat would be easy to obtain with the nearby dock, I am responsible, and realise that I couldn't just swim around, I need a boat to go around the water. I can also spawn a boat, and pilot it myself (with low power thrusters), so I don't need to bug admins to spawn me one.
