Wow i dident think gnomes where that small. But i agree with Markka not o.p Also idk if im the only that remmbers but, dont try to set the tavern on fire like that last gnome i remmber.
You could probably rephrase 'Psychological Persuasion Key' as 'Coercion'. That's the term for what you're describing.
Also, wait what? I just noticed, don't you already have the Noddy character? I'm unsure as to whether you're going to be able to keep up with all of these characters. The only characters i've ever seen you play are Exerious and Noddy.

Noddy and Ashlen could never be friends for Noddy is childish and unserious, seven years younger then Ashlen and Noddy is always on cocaine. Ashlen is serious and crud.

Good lord, you people and your stunty chars. All these out of the way chars don't appeal to me cause it just, in my opinion, limits player interactions in passive RP and proper IC development with other chars and the such.
On a much more related note: Yeah, this character's pretty much absolutely fine in terms of power.

Needs more human chars.
What happened to all the normal peasants?

I refrain from being that normal Bob, because having awkward or diffrent characters just gives more options in Rp, and a diffrent aspect.

I'm fine with abnormal humans too. Peasants can get dull, after all. It's abilties and unique features on a human(oid) that I love to see. Easy to get to know, lots of potential for development.
Not that I've got nothing against unusual characters- but it's just a little weird for me when a huge slug walks in my bar, or a massive metal golem.

Considering what I tried to do to your last gnome, I think she'll need it.

Gnomes are a pretty stupid idea for a race. That being said, this character is pretty cool. I give an accept, and will move it if no one else has anything to say.
