Purely a WIP

Ice Magic: | | | | | | | | | He has the ability to make ice form around nearly anything he wants be it his hand or someone else’s body, With his magic he is also able to make laces or shards of ice that pierce into people but shatter if they hit mail or any other type of amour of the same type aka he can get threw Leather and Cloth fine but mail and Plate is near impossible for him. He also can make the ground under him turn to solid ice making people slip and fall, But his most devastating is what he calls Deep Freeze where everything in a 7 foot radius freezes, with humans it would most likely kill them but to Sepp its very dangerous and could most likely kill himself so he vary rarely uses it and after ward he would probably pass out. Other abilities include ice shields which are strong if he concentrates enough, but if its instant it would block a arrow or medium spell’s. As for other spells well its very diverse so I wont list ever detail.

Staffs: | | | | | | | | | | He is quite proficient with staffs meaning that he can harness powers that maybe inside the staff, as for actually combat with it he could probably just block and is very unlikely he could kill with it.

Staff of the Northern Winds: This staff has only a one ability that can be actually seen which is producing light, other then that it merely increases his ability to use spells such as making them stronger or letting him use more spells

Also, the ice magic meter thing there, seems too high in comparison to your description.

God damn it, elaborate on ALL of your abilities. Not just "it MIGHt be able to do THIS and THAT."

We need better descriptions of your powers.

Unless you know some major energy manipulation you can not create nothing out of anything. And even if you were a master energy manipulator you would require nearby energies to create it.

TL:DR; You can't create stuff out of nothing.

Either you have a favoured enemy or you don't. You can't "favour all as enemies", that would mean you take enjoyment in killing everything, and would put you in the chaotic evil spectrum.

Once again you can't just create stuff out of nothing. You'd require water to actually force the temperature away from it and thusly freezing it. You can't just freeze any tiny water particle over unless you're capable of reducing the temperature of larger areas by around 900 degrees fahrenheit.

Creating something out of nothing is a bit wacky, yes.

The character is awesome, but you got to have limitations and build up over time and development.
