Should we ban Psyche?

Should we? He seems to just be a dick. He's never on the server and he doesn't even say anything nice.

He's become a real ass.. nothing he says on the forums is productive, he's often insulting, and just... seems to have taken a bad turn.

I'd be interested to find out if there's a reason and possibly a way to stop it rather then simply hitting the Ban button, although just banning him may save otherwise wasted time on trying to find out said reason.
