Holding opinion until backstory is done, and Rhgzezian weapons aren't ballistic, they're laser based, most of them being from the prime laser weapons manufacturer DAAS. | |

This is an app for a character, not just a set of abilities. We don't know where he got his skills or how he uses them. Was he a mercenary? An assassin? Was he in the military? For all we know, it's some ridiculous Mary Sue who could shoot the day he was born. I'm not saying he is, but the character himself is just as important as the abilities. I think a huge bio spoils things about the character, but an explanation of who he is and how he came to be, even a very brief one, is better than nothing. | |

The whole point of making a character application is for the biography. The most interesting and most important part is the biography itself, for obvious reasons. Nobody cares about the skills and personality sections. If we start accepting character applications before people even make biographies, then we might as well just stop bothering with character applications altogether. As Munroe's already said, they don't actually contribute to the RP (And in some cases they spoil it), but it's there to explain the character and his/her skills/items. | |
