WHAT you are applying said character for.: Eventually becoming a shaman and also having the ability to access the weave.

Where they are going to learn, or have learned said abilities:
Over time Rha will teach Kale these skills slowly and over a long period of time. This is just to get approval for the ability to learn.

Why you think you should have these abilities:
The forest has been distroyed and it needs to be restored. Kale has taken it upon himself to become a younger shaman in the pursuit to follow his Clan's linage, and help in the effort to restore the forest, slowly but surely.

NOTE: Im going to put more effort into this application soon, im tired and I know it takes forever to get things like this approved mind as well have it posted.
