Instant messaging

It would be nice if on the Site/forums there was an Instant message box on the side that could be used for quick conversation between the people who are Currently on the forums.
I don't know how hard or easy it is to add but I'm just putting the Idea out there.

lol never noticed it and I meant the kind that stays there on no matter what page your on.
