Alright, here's what I've gathered from the thread so far.

Arthurs has been and is doing everything I said he's been doing on the first page, even though he denied killing people we managed to prove he did and does. WWII and WWI both sucked. Arthurs doesn't learn his damn lesson ever and likes to try to cover his own problems by bringing up things other people have done. (Yeah Union trolled, no we're not doing it anymore, don't hold us all for Vinnie's actions.)

My opinion on this is to just ban Arthurs. He clearly hasn't and isn't going to learn his lesson. He's trying to use this thread to gain immunity from counter trolling when he himself is just going to continue doing what he's always been doing and starting shit. At the very least don't let him use the thread as a shield.
