***Anyone who looks at the water or reads this notice will know;

Quote :: The last thing Surna needs is more to panic over. The lake of Surna seems to be contaminated by a currently unknown source, as it is being tinted a blood-red hue, while jet-black shreds of flesh also occasionally surface. Everyone in town is required to avoid the lake at all costs, as it is impossible to determine just how dangerous the contamination is, except a few eye witnesses; all those who have been attempting to drink the lake water despite the taint have perished, and local magic-sensitives are claiming it is a blight, caused by a frighteningly powerful demon who passed through Surna.

Locals are howling for an explanation.

There have also been frantic rumors that this taint will only aggravate the Occitan invaders, further provoking them in to attacking the town.
