Jerold stands at a height of 5'8'' and weighs around 130 lbs. He has thin, dark hair on his head and he normally lets his facial hair grow out for two weeks. His hair is normally scruffy unless he feels up to fixing it, which he does often. For the back of his head, the hair comes down to the bottom of his ears. For the front of his head, his hair just barely hangs down. His hair is always kept short. As for his eyes, Jerold has darkish brownish irides. Jerold isn't one to do a lot of work nor one to eat much so he is found to be rather slim.

As for clothing, Jerold tends to wear a loose shirt when he is at his co-owned shop, trying to get comfortable for his long day at the counter. Jerold watches the seasons carefully, during winter he would be layered up with a scarf, jacket, and gloves just to prevent a cold even if he takes a short walk.

-[ Personality]-
Jerold has a very relaxed and calm personality, trying to not stress over much and enjoy the time he has. He puts his friends' needs in front of his a lot which shows he is very caring. Aside from being caring and nice, Jerold is an odd mix of a good worker and a very lazy person. When a customer comes in he is good at doing his job and persuading the customer. When no one is in his shop you can find him asleep in the most uncomfortable position, leaning onto his counter. It took him a while but he developed the ability to sleep while leaning up against a wall. Sometimes he loses his balance and takes a hard fall while sleeping like that which is why he doesn't do it often. Aside from sleep, when he is alone he will most likely be tossing paper balls into a trash with the floor around it canopied by many crumbled up pieces of paper.

Jerold isn't the best at persuasion but he has been working at the counter for a few years and has gotten the hang of it. He is pretty good at making sales with his persuasion.

-[ Biography]-
Jerold Bay Dubois was born in Vale, Talibar and was raised by Amanda and Johnathan Dubois. Jerold was always a lazy child and never had plans for his future. His childhood went by quickly. The person he spent the most time with was his cousin, Angelica Card. Jerold only hanged out with Angelica because he didn't find many other friends he wanted to have. Jerold and Angelica grew up with each other their whole childhood, being best friends. When Jerold had reached age nineteen he didn't know what to do with his life though Angelica knew what she wanted to do with hers. They were gonna go separate ways but Jerold became interested and found out Angelica wanted to become a tailor.

Months later, with the money they had saved up and combined they were able to make a small clothing store. Jerold was the clothing vendor and he sorta liked his spot. He didn't have to talk much unless someone wanted something special, tailored, or was making a purchase. Because he isn't too hardworking this seemed like a good job to him. Jerold and Angelica worked for years together though after getting enough money to make renovations and increase their shop size they began to have a small decrease in sales.

Jerold had planned on moving the shop elsewhere and escaping Vale, having been in the same place for his whole life so far. Jerold talked to his cousin about it and they decided it was a good idea but never acted on it. When word came around about the beginning of a war between Occitan and Talibar, Jerold and Angelica's idea of moving were now influenced even more. Because Vale was close to Occitan, Jerold and Angelica used that as their final excuse to leave. Not long after, their shop was sold and they were given a large profit. Both of them didn't feel up for the handwork of selling the shop, packing up what was rest of the inventory, leaving, and then having to setup elsewhere. They both pulled through in the end and headed down south until they came across Surna. They took a while to agree with each other about setting up there and they both ended up deciding to do so.

They used the funds from the shop they sold in Vale to buy a new shop in Surna to setup in. It took a few days to get everything moved in and for them to get a supply for their shop. After a while they were finally ready and open for busines. Jerold was happy though, finally able to experience a new environment and see new faces.

The shop sells multiple things. Bags, hats, heavy clothing for the winters, ect. The store also offers elegant suits and dresses, though only a very small number so there isn't too much to pick from sadly. You are also able to get something custom made with the designs drawn out or spoken with detail to the tailor.

i hate the skill "persuasion" in characters. mainly because people set it super-high, and go "HE HAS A SILVER TONGUE AND COULD MAKE ANYONE WANT TO DO ANYTHING"

and then when they actually try to persuade someone in roleplay they use the shittiest arguments and then demand other characters to do as he says because he has "a high persuasion skill".

it's just like div's assassin. he said he had a perfect silver tongue and was a massive womanizer. but when he tried to come onto women all he did was walk up to them and go "HEY BABY YOU LOOK TOTALLY COOL WANT TO GO BACK TO MY PLACE FOR A DICK SANDWICH"

As long as the skill "Persuasion" actually has you roleplaying it out rather then "My skill is this high, accept."

Clothing vendor is the sole purpose of my accept because I don't know if there's a single one right now. I suppose he can't be way too overpowered if he can only talk nice things to people.

Hey guys, did you even notice for a second that his persuasion is only a bit above average. He isn't the best- oh of course, maybe you should read next time! Yeah, but no offense.

And it's my fault for not being specific about the persuasion type. In general he isn't very persuasive. In business he is, he just knows how to do good with sales at times. That doesn't mean he can pull out the ugliest hat and say ''This are make you beautiful.'' and then suddenly someone buys it, it just means he has a good way of convincing people to go with what they want to buy at times. For example when you go out shopping you might see a shirt you want but then see the price is a little more than what you expected, he'd just use minor persuasion to try and convince the person to buy it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You decide when you roleplay, if he is accepted, whether you wanna be persuaded or not considering he is only a little above average with the skill.

Also, Angelica Card will be RP'd rarely, no development, just as a passive character
