Unarmed: Ganelon can hold his own in a barroom brawl, but has no technique to speak of.
Swordsmanship: His training with Jedai, along with his recent experiences with the Monster Hunters, have given him a good grasp of blade-work.
Shield Defense: He still uses shields somewhat inefficiently, but has a growing understanding of their proper use.
Heavy Armor: Ganelon has become more practiced in the use of heavy armor, and his movements while wearing it have become smoother.
Magical Ability: He has some untapped magical potential that Alec identified. As of yet, he has absolutely no experience or training that let's him tap into what magical talent he possesses.
Biography
Back Story:
Ganelon was born into a family of merchants. His mother and father along with their friends and business partners traveled across Aeria, selling goods between countries. Travel between nations was dangerous, and hired guards were a necessity for anyone carrying valuables. It was these guards, protecting his family and friends that he came to idolize.
Ganelon was the middle child of five, and the least promising merchant of his brothers and sisters. Instead of learning about the values of goods and how to win over customers, he spent his time dreaming of fighting villans. He mostly helped by loading and unloading goods when required. As he grew he wondered if this would be his lot in life.
Some of the payed guards would come and go, but many were glad of the steady income in a normally unpredictable trade. It was one of these "long timers" that Ganelon befriended at the age of twelve.
Jerdai was a mercenary who had been with the merchants for many years. He had used his skills with the sword to disarm or kill many bandits, managing to remain unscathed. He was one of Ganelon's heroes, and as time went on he answered more and more of Ganelon's questions about his life as a mercenary. Finally after some persuasion (and a few mugs of ale), he swore to teach his young friend what he knew of the fighting arts.
At the age of sixteen Ganelon began training under Jedai. His parents had noted the relationship between the old mercenary and their son, but did not try to stop Ganelon's education. They considered it good he found something he was talented at. Not to mention they had four other children more interested in the family business.
Ganelon did indeed have talent, he was also strong from carrying heavy containers for years. However training with the sword was not as easy as he imagined. He at first struggled to learn how to control his strikes, and gathered many bruises from his mentor's swift counter attacks.
Several years passed, and Ganelon became proficient with the broadsword. Some of the other guards assisted in his training, and he learned how to load and fire a caliver, and wear half-armor comfortably.
Jedai died from natural causes when Ganelon was twenty-two. Ganelon's eldest sister had left the caravan to start her own trading company, and his eldest brother had taken over the family business from their retired parents. He felt it was his time to lead his own life.
One month later the caravan arrived in Surna, a town it had passed through several times before. Ganelon had decided this would be his stop the month prior, and explained his intentions to his family. His younger sisters were upset at his leaving, but he and his brother were never very close and shared few words of parting. He said his goodbyes to his family and friends, then waved them off as they faded into the distance.
He turns back on his home for twenty-two years now gone, to look at the city before him. Feeling partly the anxious and mostly excited, he walks back inside the gates nodding at the guards on station. Here he will find his place in the world.

Class Features All of the following are class features of the fighter.

Bonus Feats: At 1st level, a fighter gets a bonus combat-oriented feat in addition to the feat that any 1st-level character gets and the bonus feat granted to a human character. The fighter gains an additional bonus feat at 2nd level and every two fighter levels thereafter (4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, and 20th). These bonus feats must be drawn from the feats noted as fighter bonus feats. A fighter must still meet all prerequisites for a bonus feat, including ability score and base attack bonus minimums.
These bonus feats are in addition to the feat that a character of any class gets from advancing levels. A fighter is not limited to the list of fighter bonus feats when choosing these feats.
Sorcerer Variant: Battle Sorcerer Level in class: 1
The battle sorcerer is no weak arcanist, hiding behind the fighters. Instead,
she is a capable physical combatant who mixes magical prowess with fighting

Class Features
The battle sorcerer has all the standard sorcerer class features, except as noted below.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: At 1st level, a battle sorcerer gains proficiency with any light or one-handed martial weapon of the character's choice. She also gains proficiency with light armor.
Spellcasting: A battle sorcerer can cast sorcerer spells derived from her class levels of battle sorcerer while in light armor without the normal arcane spell failure chance.
A battle sorcerer has fewer daily spell slots than a standard sorcerer. Subtract one spell per day from each spell level on Table: The Sorcerer (to a minimum of zero spells per day). For example, a 1st-level battle sorcerer may cast four 0-level spells and two 1st-level spells per day (plus bonus spells, if any).
A battle sorcerer knows fewer spells per spell level than a standard sorcerer. Subtract one spell known from each spell level on Table: Sorcerer Spells Known (to a minimum of one spell per spell level). For example, a 4th-level battle sorcerer knows five 0-level spells, two 1st-level spells, and one 2nd-level spell. When she reaches 5th level, the battle sorcerer learns one additional 1st-level spell, but doesn't learn an additional 2nd-level spell (since two minus one is one).

Quite basic character and a neat page. You could separate the backstory into a couple paragraphs, perhaps. Reading a wall of text generally isn't pleasant for the eyes.

Updated his page.
Among some tweaks to make it look better, I added a silver dagger he purchased, subtracting 120 shillings. I wasn't sure what they would cost, so please correct the amount if I'm wrong.
I necro this because it was RPed that Alec identified some latent magic ability in Ganelon. If anyone feels he should be put through approval again, please do so.
I'd also like to clarify that the DnD portion of his abilities have no effect on regular roleplay. They're only to be used on the occasions that DnD is used in a hunt.
