The monster hunters are a collective of individuals who, as the name implies, hunt monsters and unruly beasts for fortune. As a strict rule of conduct, they avoid committing to mercenary work or combat against sentient, rational beings that do not threaten anyone's free will or safety, unless of course, threatened themselves. Currently, there are only four regular monster hunters that, now and then, will allow others to join them on their hunts. As depicted above, they are, from top to bottom, right to left, Alec Smith, Taric, Terri Solana, and Ganelon Brama. The individuals can be found around the town of Surna at most any given time, browsing the market streets, relaxing in their tavern of residence, or just outside the city, hunting monsters. Anyone who's willing to risk their lives more than The Watch is welcome to join them on their hunts.
The Hunts
The Shadows
A Shadow is a subtype of Wraith, an undead spirit created through means of necromancy. They can't cause physical harm, but their mere touch can suck away your strength, and if they manage to drain you dry, they can rip your soul out and turn you into one of them. While out wandering the forests, looking for a potential hunting opportunity, Alec Smith came across a pair of these lurking around their old corpses. Never one to turn down an opportunity, he went about cleaning them up. It was a close call, until a mysterious Dryad appeared, and Terri Solana jumped in to finish the last one off.
A Ghoul is a reanimated humanoid that retains both its flesh, most of its muscle and body structure, and a large degree of its intelligence. Ghouls are sneaky, crafty, and if you're not careful, a few bites and you'll soon be one of them. They're the meaner, faster, scarier Zombie. After spotting a group of 4 wandering out in Surna's forests, Alec rounded up his trusty companion, Taric, and their new hopeful, Terri Solana. They traveled down to the river, where Terri's eyes caught the ghouls lying in wait to ambush any travelers. The ambush was in vain, and the hunters caught the ghouls by surprise, instead.

we'll have a graduation hunt after a little while. until then, no additions just yet.
Although, I already have the 2nd group picture in mind.
