Spells & Abilities
Spoiler:
Inconceivability [Passive Aura/Ability]
Rhomylthja's nature causes all of her abilities to inflict additional mental fatigue or even mental trauma, due to chaos energy disrupting the lineal reality most all beings of Aeria are tied to. Being even momentarily removed from the time continuum can cause considerable mental agony. In addition to her abilities, she also radiates this very chaos energy herself. Her special metal body stops the majority of this radiation and thus largely limits the potential damage expousure to her can cause. Only if one were to touch her for extended periods of time they would start experiencing mental fatigue.
Decrepify [Offensive Spell]
The caster hurls an orb of chaos energy at the desired target which, upon successful impact, will reave apart its integrity. This spell has far more limited effectiveness against living beings, but will instead rapidly eat away at inanimate objects. It also disrupts magical energies not being directly wielded, thus making it very effective against magical creatures and unliving beings. Each rank slightly increases damage output.
<{ | | | - - - - - - - }>
Desynchronize [Offensive/Support Spell]
The caster creates a spatial disruption around their target, which creates an inmeasurably small gap in time. This releases a powerful sonic pulse and disrupts the flow of weave in a very limited area around the victim, stunning them and interrupting almost any action. Also inflicts heavy damage on incorporeal creatures. Each rank increases disruption radius by ten centimeters and disruption duration by one second. [Disruption Diameter: 1 meter.] [Disruption Duration: 2 seconds.]
<{ | | - - - - - - - - }>
Spatial Bubble [Defensive Spell]
Creates a distortion bubble around the caster, warping them out of existance for a short period of time, effectively blocking any incoming damage. The spell cannot be used again for roughly five minutes. Each rank increases duration by two seconds. [Current Duration: 4 seconds.]
<{ | | - - - - - - - - }>

Biography
Spoiler:
Rhomylthja was created by the same ancient race that filled the great island of Ara'ki with wondrous artifacts, for the purpose of capturing and controlling the otherwise wild and uncontrollable chaos energies. A special structure was needed and several powerful people willingly sacrificed their lives and souls to create this special matrix. The artificial soul was stored in a special cordonium structure with a fragment of a star embedded into it. This allowed Rhomylthja to access the chaos energies of stars and wield it with increasing effiency, as the spirit grew stronger. The gem itself is planted in the chest of her physical frame; a delicately crafted sand brown metal shell, lined with gold and magite. This metal body offers good protection for her "sphere heart" and serves as a conduit for her energies.
However, Rhomylthja never seemingly saw use with her original creators as she was placed into stasis before she was entirely completed as the very nature of these chaotic energies, not to even speak of attempting to control them, roused masses against the researchers. She had to be moved to a safe location, to the temple of Qhu-Tuhrm in the ancient Sida. The construct was sealed into the temple to wait for the hysteria to pass, her crystalline heart and metal body separated in the ruins, waiting to be rejoined.
---------
For the first time in millenia was the ancient temple of Qhu-Tuhrm discovered, its walls covered in dust and sand, yet seemingly as intact as when it was first built. The first living creatures to ever step foot into the temple after it was abandoned daringly but carefully disturbed the dust layer of the cold stone floor. One slipped in hastily, scurrying away towards the depths of the temple with a meager torch, as if a frightened animal fearing for it's survival. A second one followed, this one more confident. He lit his torch and drew his sword, wary of the shadows of the ancient temple. The first man's path was easy to follow, a couple sets of similiar footsteps leading back and forth to a particular direction. Fresh markings were drawn upon the old walls as signs to guide their maker. The second man merely chuckled, content that this hunt would not take long.
The first nervously sought out his markings, following the familiar path, descending ever deeper to the stone structure. Ancient relics lay in the rooms, countless devices and tools strewn across the floor. Their purpose was trivial to the fleeing figure. Not far behind, the second followed, this one more intrigued by the abandoned equipment. His pace slowed in these chambers, finding himself wondering the purpose behind these odd, but familiar artifacts. The temple sighed, a dry, faint draft travelling through its halls.
A brilliant gem twinkled in a vault, its guardians having long since fallen. The first figure pushed the heavy door open, finding himself marvelling once more this most unusual find. He cursed underneath his breath, saddened he took heavy steps to the gemstone which lit its surroundings with the light trapped inside. Would his life's work go to waste for such a trivial mistake, in spite of being a mere few years short of deciphering the meaning behind this pre-historic marvel, he wondered. Footsteps echoed in the lowest floor, being like the ferocious barks of bloodhounds for the rat-like man. Slowly he too drew his sword, turning to the door of the small room with humid eyes. His gaze met with the second, whom brandished a victorious gleam within his brown eyes.
"You cannot do this to me, not now!" the first pleaded, holding his curved sword pointed towards the man in the doorway. Stepping slowly closer, his adversary replied with a soft voice, hint of amusement hiding within it: "You seemed quite willing to do the same to me--.. with significantly less provocation, might I add." "You don't understand anything, I am so close! Leave me be!" the first bellowed, his frightened voice trembling as he curled his arms protectively against the unusual gem. "It's a matter of self-preservation." the brown-eyed replied, a faint sigh closely following as he drew nearer to the man desperately clinging to the prismatic stone. With a desperate yell, the first charged with his blade. With only a few slashes from the other's curved sword, the sorceror fell and lost his grip of his own blade as well as the gemstone. The second man wiped his blade of the blood of the first, sparing a moment to watch his pool blood on the ancient dusty floor before his attention was drawn to the twinkling orb. He sheathed his weapon and kneeled before the luminous artifact, hesitating for a moment before carefully lifting it.
He stepped out of the vault, leaving the dead man to accompany the dusts of the hall, content of the short feud's outcome. He was spared a mere moment to observe the gem before the light inside began to change. A faint blue light suddenly emitted from the lively relic, lighting a path deeper into the prehistoric structure. Startled by this, the man hesitated a great deal but something about the crystalline artifact eventually reassured him. The light inside almost seemed to plead him to continue on the path lighted for him. With tentative steps he began to track the faintly luminous trail along this seemingly very special hallway. The gem lighted the wall which seemed to lack dust and sand. It seemed that these walls and engravings were made only a few years ago, albeit every bit of evidence warred against this idea. The language these symbols were written in was nothing the brown-eyed traveller had seen before and was, like the craftsmanship of the temple and its relics, alien to him. Despite this, the twinkling gemstone led him further into the maze, revealing countless marvels along the path.
Soon a wall appeared ahead at the end of his path. The wall was obviously of magical origin. Perhaps this obstacle was the reason he sorceror had attacked him. Through the transparent wall he perceived a lifeless figure, a suit of armour of some description, and as if aware of this, the gem gleamed a little more brightly. A gentle breeze brushed past him as the wall began to vane before the gemstone. When the barrier was gone he entered this chamber, his guard held high. The gem beamed with its gentle, light blue glow as he drew closer to the lifeless armor. The female-shaped metallic suit seemed to be as pristine and untouched as if it had been forged mere days ago, much like the surrounding halls. Guided by the brilliant stone, he opened the breastplating of the armor and warily placed it in a fitting socket.
As he closed the breastplate, the glow of the crystal engulfed the armor, a light blue, incorporeal figure spreading to fill the suit, giving it the life it had missed for several millenia. Startled, the man backed away from the awakening being, fearing he had made a grave error by even touching the gem in the first place. The construct would quickly turn her attention to him, and to his surprise, she would speak to him in an odd but reassuring voice. And though her language was incomprehensible, it became obvious that she was thankful to him, calmly hovering at his side.

This character fills me with such apprehension. I think you still don't entirely grasp what chaos magic can do and what's it's use can result in. I also fear, somewhat, that this will result in an onslaught of badly created 'chaos mages', but that's just me.
I want to push this to be a special character. I also want you to add the mental stresses that chaos magic can / does inflict upon the victim and those around him / her.

Finally read through it. Bad, Markka. Bad bad bad. I must chide you over and over again for being bad.
Now that you know how bad you are, if you seriously want to go through with the character, I should tell you that even if she's accepted as a normal or special char, her existence pretty much rests on my judgement. With that said, her continued existence is just barely justified right now. She'll also be closely watched. And if at any point, she uses her abilities to do something that crosses the line of a certain set of rules, she'll probably receive punishment. If I say she gets locked away, then she does. If I say she dies, then she dies. Harsh, but this was set in stone before you made the character.
I don't think I would have considered her existence if she didn't have value to one of the subplots going around.

Great to hear there's a completely ambigous set of rules floating about that I am only now somewhat aware of. And, well, of course I don't fully grasp the chaos magic, consider I've been given a very basic rundown of it by you, Pat. I'm eager to explore this field while preferably avoiding the stamp of a special character.
I'll add the mental fatigue her abilities/very close presence causes, but I'll keep that somewhat low. I've already tweaked her quite a lot to hopefully be able to roleplay on her in as casual manner as one could expect from a character of this type. I'm pretty sure I can handle it, as this is a spiritual (deploy punnons) successor of Euphrosyne from DERP.
EDIT:
Added this due to Pat's previous request.

I was just thinking that.
This is a toughie to judge, to be honest. While the character is supposed to have little skill in what she does, there's always the possible future scenario that she becomes frighteningly powerful, as chaos magic can't normally be countered by normal magic or counterspells, since chaos energy is itself too ambiguous and unstable to know just exactly what you're trying to counter.
But similar characters have been accepted before. Remember Munroe's dragon-blooded character from Kerodil? She had a damaged sacred field, but she had the potential to become a Zayl-tier magic user, and that's really something.
I actually feel a little more confident in this character knowing the Numbers try to regulate this sort of thing.
