Near all skills(whether arcane or physical or mental), items, equipment, magical items, and weapons for characters are to be applied for here.
Just about everything for you character must be applied for because the admins want to put a stop to ass-pulling. If your character has gained a new power, spell, ability, capability, item, weapon, armour, apparatus or doohickey, then chances are you have to apply for it. If for whatever reason you think you shouldn't have to apply; talk to the admins about it! To prevent any suspicions or circlejerking or that crap, talk to at least two admins about it, so there is no bias against/towards you.
Formats are in each of the corresponding sections above this thread. You apply in those.
Admins are NOT excluded of this!
Note, you must also apply for everything you get ICly!
