Magic Power of Muscle Burn, and to Make Grass Grow Slightly Faster

What the applicating abilities can do(IN DETAIL.)
Muscle Burn:
Causes large amounts of pain in the muscles of the target from a buildup of Lactic Acid in the system to an excess causing them to slow down.
Pros: Makes him Escape Easier and Causes him to be able attack.
Cons: If used in short times of Duration he'll start feeling a dull pain.

Grass Grow:
Causes Grass to grow slightly faster
Pros: Can feed large amounts of food
Cons: Eats up minerals pretty fast

* Where they are going to learn, or have learned said abilities.
He was born with it during his long blood line family tree of the Duran Family. it is rare that they even use it or even know they have it. Drakeson Duran is one of the few rare chosen ones to know that he has this ability and was unleashed during his fight, also their lawns are horribly unmaintained for strange reasons.

Long in the Ancient Family Blood Line the first born Duran was considered a Cyric worshiper as a messenger of death telling the futures of their death laughing upon them as it comes to true because they made it happen. The rest of his family members were remain unknown and how his blood spread. No one knows who was the first born Duran is or who will be the last and how they ended of their death, just that there was a large amount of grass near the death site.

Come on its a very weak power and its the equivalent of a pokemon move tail whip, which is pretty weak, it can't kill and just slows you down and causes that same pain you'd get if you worked out.

And the grass growing ability is for the animals who are hungry!

I still stand firm on Denied, for many reasons. That've already been stated. I don't trust the kid with the power to give paper-cuts, let alone slow people down, because when his character goes 'Insane' and turns into a demi-god, this ability'll blow people up, or some shit.
