It's from Bane. Therefore it is a Bane-spawn and must loose it's ridiculous overweight that all Bane-spawn automatically acquire.

Could make for some interesting fights. Zaku is usually pretty good with his villains, so, despite fatty banespawn love handles, I think this is okai. We really need more villains, but most 'specially, villains we can trust in the hands of capable and fair roleplayers. So, this character's probably going to be somewhat powerful, but since he's an evil badass and people are gonna team up on him, I'll let it go.
