The program I use is VERY EASY TO USE, has a VERY SIMPLE INTERFACE, but at the cost of occasional blurriness ;-;

Once you get the hang of it, it's easy, and probably better than using photobucket's editor (at least, not as blurry). Kain or I could probably show you how to use most of it.
