Gul, you would know, upon reading his profile, is capable of amazing psychic and telepathic feats. He can telepathically grip anything from a delicate glass figurine to a boulder weighing several thousand pounds with his telepathic abilities, and he can easily manipulate the minds of the weak-minded and those with little willpower. He can overload a creature's sensory intake, causing often-gruesome internal damage, or can slip thoughts into the minds of others, causing them to stray from a once-set path. He can steal the thoughts from a plotting assassin, or mend the mind of a traumatized man. He is a master of the mind, but with one horrible consequence.
Gul's magnificent mind occupies a pathetic body. His arms barely have strength enough to block the blow of a sword, let alone a two-handed greatweapon. His three legs can only carry him at the speed of what would be a jog to any normal human, and, most obviously, his weak frame barely stands three feet tall.
Simply, Gul is devastating when it comes to a battle of minds, where he can psychically freeze an attacker on the spot, but were he to be caught from behind by an especially stealthy individual with a closed mind, or attacked by a group of well-prepared fighters, Gul would be utterly outmatched.
