"I saw a city filled with lust and shame, where men, like wolves, slunk through the grim half-light; And sudden, in the midst of it, o'er came one who spoke boldly for the cause of Right. And speaking, fell before that brutish race like some poor wren that shrieking eagles tear, while brutish dishonour, with her bloodless face Stood by and smote his lips that moved in prayer..."

Diary Log: Echo-one-two-seven. Biology.
O negative. Heterochromia. Haemophilia. Caucasian. Human. All that those bastards left me were these genes. And haemophilia's a bitch to live with, on top of that. *sigh* I'm creating this personal log so that anyone who finds my inevitably dead body knows that I was someone. That I wasn't just a ghost. I'd like to think that I'll maybe be identified. Maybe my so-called biological parents will find out about me. Learn of the things I've done - The things I stood for. The people I fought against, and maybe hear my voice through the darkness of the shadow cast by this authoritarian rule. Not that I care about them, anyway. They can burn with the rest of the 'verse, for all I care. Y'know... Sometimes really I envy those lab-grown humans. Not the clones - being a clone sounds like a shitty way to live... I mean, the ones that someone created. The bible says that everyone was created in God's image. I like to think that the people who create their children, create them in their own image. Only... Perfect. In every way. That's some life, y'know? Having your entire existence based around what someone wanted? Those people... They're the lucky ones. All this discrimination - the hate - the prejudice that exists towards them. It's not right. It should be the other way around. They're the perfect ones.
...How am I doing?... 3 minutes?... Okay.
...So, my life. It's certainly been eventful. There's no point in me tellin' you it backways, so lemme start from the beginning. Five months old. Born on the same boat I still lived on. The parents were still around here, mind. For all I know, kept me in the cargo-hold just to shut me up. It was a transport vessel. Dragonfly-class. These ships were always favoured by smugglers, there were plenty of nooks, crannies, and hide-holes that the UTC would never think of checking. "This ship'll be with you 'till the day you die" was the sort of thing people would say about Dragonfly vessels. Anyway, I was found on the Celestial - oh, that's the name of the Dragonfly ship - at 5 months old by two Deacon scavengers. Apparently, they stumbled upon the ship when life support was down. The ship was wrecked. Raided. Two of the escape pods were missing. At first, the Deacon couple, Kait and Griy, who found the ship thought it was just a snatch and grab. Apparently they were wrong. Shortly after realising there was nothing worth taking from the ship, they discovered a pile of Korli remains strung to the ceiling of the cargo-hold. Flayed, and partially eaten. The only explanation was the Defilers. The couple remembered that they had been cruising through the Karanis systems when they stumbled upon the ship - they were in Defiler territory alright. The Deacon lady, Kait, let out a scream when she saw the bodies, which woke me up, fortunately. As soon as I started crying, the couple found me behind a few crates, in one of the many smuggling compartments of the ship. Shortly after, the Deacon pilot reported a ship on intercept trajectory heading straight for them. The Defilers must've set up motion sensors, and were now coming in to pillage the Deacon ship, too. I was never told about how the Deacon ship escaped. It's a touchy subject for Kait and Griy. Anyway, Kait and Griy became my adoptive parents. They speculated that my real parents escaped the Celestial before they were killed; since it was only Korli remains that they found, and two of the escape pods had been ejected. I was told this at a fairly young age. You don't have to be perceptive to realise you're adopted when your parents are a completely different species.
...5 minutes now... How long does this even have to be?.. I guess I can always add to it another time... I'll miss the shot if I waste any more time.
I'm not gonna bore you with my childhood stories. It was nice. Free. My adoptive parents resented the UTC as much as I do now - and that's saying a lot. No matter how long the arm of the UTC stretched, we were always 10 steps ahead of it. How I got to where I am.. Auh... Uh Oh yeah uh, my training. *Ahem*So, my training. The parents were ex-military. Freelance. Taught me their philosophies. Their beliefs. I didn't blindly follow them because that's what I was taught. They didn't force me to believe what they did. But what they said... It made so much sense. Government, authority, law, it's the only thing holding back the 'verse from being... Magnificent.

Skills
Lylyth's intensive training from birth means Lylyth is naturally talented when it comes to acrobatics. Since Lylyth has an inherently dangerous occupation, Lylyth often finds it necessary to exercise the free-running and acrobatic skills that Lylyth was gifted. Acrobatics - 8/10
Half a lifetime of causing revolutions, bombing royal buildings and assassinating government figureheads has given Lylyth a lifetime worth of expertise, experience, cunning and intelligence. Given the element of surprise, Lylyth could infiltrate and thereby destroy most Mild-security government buildings without batting an eyelash. Infiltration - 8/10
Lylyth strongly believes that his/her actions will bring about a better world. This, combined with a naturally charismatic flair in Lylyth's speech, makes Lylyth an amazing public speaker, and a brilliant leader. Charisma - 6/10

I like it, but I'd need to read the bio before throwing my approval.
Ten bucks says it's a girl.

I'm not gonna disclose the gender over here. That'll be something discovered through RP, if at all. It's gonna be difficult writing a biography without referring to the character as "him" or "her" ;_;

Write the bio like a report saying "they". It makes for a cool story too

"they" doesn't make grammatical sense all the time. Gonna start on it in a bit. I'll have to tidy the house first because my roommates are both disgusting slobs.

Done quite a bit of the bio; I'll finish it off later.
I might redo the picture, too. I just realised how spazzy the foot is.
