James should be in all terms of the word, dead, I should know seeing as I'm the one that impaled him in the face during which it was generally decided by the admin team onserver at the time to be applicable for a PK and this PK was not opposed by Combat at the time, therefore it constitutes under the PK rule, and as such, PKed chars are not suppost to be brought back to life, unless a mutual agreement between admins and the person playing the character is made.
