| Subject: Sargatanus Valafar - Brigadier of hell Fri May 29, 2009 1:39 am | |
| Age: 71, doesn't look a day over 9001. Gender: Male Race: Undead Elf Birthplace: Birth place, Sida. Skill: Destruction/Death Magic, Necromancy of sorts. Only a dagger for protection if the other two are rendered useless.
Biography:Sargatanus' childhood was rather full . . . Of his parents' teachings of course. The Valafar family were a group of roving 'magicians'. Of course, their spell repository was not limited to mere party tricks. Sargatanus' father was an avid warlock, and his mother a necromancer on the rise. For years upon years he'd spend as much time as he could learning from his father about magic, and how it works. He spent only a little time with his mother, and his necromantic traits were just beginning to flourish . . . Then -Bam-. Their room was raided by servants of Tyr, and his parents seized, tried, and executed all within a space of three hours. Sargatanus was spared, and was duly sent to a small Tyr missionary where he was supposed to stay and be purged of the impure thoughts and "nonsense" his parents had taught him.
The priests of Tyr attempted to tell Sargatanus that his parents had raised him with lies and insanity, claiming none of it could be real. They all seemed to think they were making spectacular progress with Sargatanus, but every night when the lights went out, he'd sit with his tome and practice his spellcasting.
Through time, Sargatanus' skills developed drastically, he could now sap the life force from living or animate objects and use it for spells an other such mischievous deeds. This transpires roughly the same for fifteen years, the priests having taught Sargatanus how to channel energy though living beings themselves, as they were about to find out was a massive mistake.
During a massive ceremony with -all- members of the missionary present, Sargatanus sapped the very souls from the two choir members besides him, chuckling evilly as he grew two pairs of claws, his features hone, looking around the room as a bright light emanates from him, so blinding, so hot, so murderous to the skin.
In the seconds that followed, skin was flayed from bone, heads were parted from necks, eyeballs ripped from their sockets and limbs torn from their respective sockets. The doors seemed to jam, the sweet sound of the wailing children like serene music to Sarge's ears as he waded into them, slashing at whatever was in the way as he made for the doors, blasting them open with a quick burst of energy.
At this point, Sarge took his tome by his side, his dagger in his belt and kept on walking through the countryside.
For years Sarge wreaked havoc on the animals in the countryside, terrorizing farms, villages and if he truly felt like it, merchant caravans.
Sarge eventually fell at the hands of a servant of Tyr, one of such power that swept him asunder as if he was a leaf in the wind. Sargatanus went straight to 'hell' where many events transpired, of which he cannot remember.
Eventually, he woke up in the middle of a cold, dark crypt, a note pinned to his chest.
"Dear Sargatanus . . . Here's a new gift. Remember what you've been taught (or not), and go have some fun . . . .
B+V"
After this point, Sargatanus examined himself, noting some of the many changes that had happened to him, most notably the luminous green aura flowing around his glistening white bones, stripped of all decaying flesh. He now starts to roam the countryside again, heading for Leyanara.
Alignment: Chaotic Evile Favored Enemy: Anything good, holy, young, cute and fluffy. Favored Weapon: Magic. | AcceptGood roleplayer, doubt he'd abuse this. Plus, he said it'd be balanced, Nice biography, too. (I'm probably just saying this, because I can't write for schnit. T_T) |

| Okay so I explained to Crimzon about the parent thing. Also he changed his deity to the appropriate. I gave him the dogma which I recommend he puts in. He hasn't yet, so I'll plop it here.
"Life and death are the twin faces of eternal existence. To surrender to either one is to resign oneself to obscurity. True power lies in the twilight zone between life and death. By seeking to explore and extend the mortal condition and form - even mortal life itself - knowledge of the world and its infinite complexity, is extended. Let no one interfere with the pursuit of such research, for the end result will more than justify the necessary sacrifices along the path. Knowledge is power, and knowledge of life and death brings power over all beings, living and unliving."

| Yeah, meant to slap the dogma in, but my post didn't save. *shrugs*
Right. Fixing this after I confirm a few more things.
