You don't understand, I can't get rid of the virus without wiping the ENTIRE hard-drive.

It won't let me install such software. I am FUCKED.

Wipe the entire hard drive.

If you got free space, install a 2nd copy of windows on the same partition under a different. You can boot up the 2nd system, use it to fix the 1st.

My methods can get more complex than that, but that's the simplest that usually works.

But, if push comes to shove, you can simply wipe the hard drive, like you said, and then it'd be easy enough to reinstall windows, right? And all you have to do to get your steam games back is sign into steam.

The virus keeps me from installing anti-virus software, and in itself, is a fake antivirus software.

Because my parents are sick of helping me with it.

I get them off certain ads, you don't even need to click on the damn things.

I think I had one of those once. It attacked me without warning (on my Yahoo! homepage, actually), downloaded without my consent at all, bypassed my legitimate antivirus software (and shut down updating and scanning functions, effectively killing all of it), and fucked up my computer. Only a reformat and complete reinstall of everything saved me. Maybe you need to do the same.
