Born in Sida, Kathy's family were not the wealthy type, Kazuths' usually being slaves in the desert lands. As a child, Kathy was kept away from other infants, her parents were too paranoid to leave their hide out. Kathy never really complained, she entertained herself by reading old books, most of them novels about thievery and romance. Her childhood was not the most interesting and therefor Kathy's mind wandered, yearning to explore the world that laid just across the desert plains.

At the age of nine, Kathy had already suffered the loss of her mother. Her father had left about a month ago for food and supplies yet never returned... Whether or not he was dead was unknown, but Kathy, convinced that her father had fallen into slavery, decided to leave the hide out. It wasn't safe alone without supplies, and she decided that attempting an escape could not be worse than starving to death. She collected what she could, stuffed books and clothes into her backpack before sitting at the only window present in the house, looking out through the window's fractured frame. She waited until the sun was ready to set before leaving the house.

Her travel went smoothly until dawn arrived. She had met up with a traveler whom wore a dusty cloak and odd mask. Her curiosity kicked in as she was riding on the back of his horse, staring at the odd, crow-like mask. She attempted to poke it, only to have her wrist caught by his hand;

"What are you doing." The stranger asked in a monotone voice.

"Uhh... Nothin'... That's a weird mask though, where'd you find it?" She asked, still staring at him.

He said nothing for a moment, Kathy bit her lower lip, afraid she might have offended him.

"A friend." He simply replied.

"Oh... So he just gave it to ya'?"

"You can say that." He replied. "He died after one of his concuctions blew up."

"Wizard?"

"No, plague doctor."

"Ew... You took a diseased man's belongings?" She pressed on.

The man only sighed and Kathy took it as a sign that he did not want to continue the conversation. She simply watched the plains go by as the stranger made his way to Sida's borders.

The ride took a few hours, Kathy managing to slip a quick nap during the travel before being woken up by the man whom told her they had arrived.

"Gnh-- What? Oh! Thanks." She said, waking up from her sleep before sliding off the horse.

The man gave her a nod, remaining seated on the horse's saddle.

"So... What's your name?" She asked in an attempt to stay polite.

"Jerry." He replied, guiding his horse in a semi circle.

Kathy arched her eyebrows, the stranger being very odd in her eyes but she thanked him anyway considering he was generous enough to guide her safely through the slavers nation.

It had been a few years since Kathy left her home and life behind. She had roamed cities and villages throughout the land, looking for a new home. Over crowded cities often had gangs of her own kind, Kazuths waging war on other gangs. She had housed with one of them for a year as a matter of fact. The year went by smoothly and Kathy had felt the soul wrenching feelings of her first crush, one that had lasted fairly short after learning that said crush was already in a happy relationship. Her life was filled with lessons of self defense and thievery, a skill she had developed fairly well during her time with the gang. Her mind continued to wander however, the city was too big, food supplies were too small and laws were corrupt. At the age of 15 she had decided to leave her home once more, heading for smaller lands.

As she dwelled in smaller towns, people were less welcoming. People were more racist against Kazuths and their reputation of malicious acts of thievery yet she digressed. She bought herself a small bonette (with stolen coins) and went by unnoticed by the general public, her feline characteristics.

Kathy now resides in Surna's slums, often seen walking through the forest with a small notebook and pen, sketching the different plants and wildlife.
