Important announcement!

To the members of Oldenlandrp…

This is an official notification, everything begins changing today, and Aeria dies. An member, who will at this time remain anonymous until he or she feels they wish to be known, is getting us a server at his earliest convenience and has asked but one thing in return, the removal of the position of “Leader” to be replaced with a council (or republic) that will consist of myself, Pat and TrulyJust and possibly Geowulf, which we are more then willing to agree to due to administrator and public opinion. Now that we have a server we are making changes we’ve wanted to do for a long while but have not carried out for many reasons. First off, Matt has been stripped of his position and rank indefinitely for the foreseeable future. Also, the position of moderator has been temporarily suspended until we have more members and all former Moderators are now Basic Administrators as of now, with the addition of Krug, who’s promotion takes effect immediately as well as Geo being, for the moment, bumped down to BA until further notice. Further promotions may take place at a later date with the re-opening of the moderator rank. Effective as soon as the server is up, we will have returned to Surna, a thread on a more Ic level will be added before the server is up. In regards to applications, we feel forcing everyone to re-apply for their powers and items is far too much work that would yield far too few results.

We hope that this marks the true and final revival of the community, we wish to personally thank each and every one of you for sticking with us through this hard time and hope that we will be able to reward you with good solid roleplay that we all associate Olden with.
