How about we clean the forums?

The forums are horribly cluttered. Like, really bad.

Merge the following forums ( Move their posts elsewhere, of course )

Dumps, Requests, Reviews and Junk ( Redundant )

Arbitration and Discussion ( Good god what's the point of having it separate to polls ).
Introductions ( Make a subforum, somewhere )
Stories, Factions, Quest, Stories. ( With the olden library, they are all lore. )
Off topic ( Move up to OOC boards )
Media ( What's the point, if you want move it to OOC ).
Guides to Roleplaying ( THey are all stolen ).
Garry's Mod FIles ( Redundant )
Development ( Move to OOC, a cleanup would be nice. ).
Occitan ( Change name to "Lore items for revision, merge with IC library ).
Plot Archive ( Should be on the library )

Aside from that, unlock the IC Library, don't see why it's locked from posting and such anyway. Remove the red text on the forum's description, it looks really ugly and doesn't really adhere to reality.

And give me the ability to sticky ! I've been needing it like really bad so often!
