Technically, vampires are people, and would have individual bounties.

You're in luck though. If you hunt vampires, the guard will be too lazy to enforce murder law.

Werewolves, possibly. Though they are human most of the month, they ARE a wild, ferocious animal on the full moon.

Vampires could be an option, if they aren't really human anymore. If you watch vampire horror movies often, you should know what I mean.

A person infected with lycanthropy won't transform until the full moon, but then will transform every night afterward.

Feral vampires or murderous vampires are definitely a threat. Since most fall into this category, hunting them should be perfectly legal. "But my char's a vamp and goody-goody!" Too bad, it comes with the powers.

That's what i was thinking. Surely feral vampires wouldn't be specific beings of which to place bounties on.

They're just mindless creatures. They fit the monster hunting board more than the bounty board imo.
