All empires looking for a place to join in, it is wise to start at the Galactic Congress. If not wanting to start there, wait for a fresh event.

Can people please try to remember the flagship rule? :/

You lead your flagship mainly, but other ships are allowed to be dispatched. I may make a rule that only if your flagship is present you can gain power over the colony. Which wouldn't apply if joint control is to be engaged.

I'm really iffy of sending around my flagship everywhere, since it's pretty much the most valuable thing I have next to my economy, and if it was to blow up, I would loose one of my high commanders, and it would take a shitload of time and financial setbacks to rebuild it.

If there's something major going down, then I send in my flagship. But if it isn't that big, I just send in one of the Aurions, which I only made to be three. They're basically mini-flagships. And even if they get blown up, if I decide to rebuild them, it'll take alot of time and money.

And if you were only allowed to send your flagship places, that would pretty much make you unable to participate in several events at once.

Yeah I had contemplated that.

I thought that was the intention of the rule, heh.

Problem I have is that I'm really struggling to keep my head above water in these big ship to ship battles.

Maybe substitute the rule with one that says you can only have one major ship in the same battle, to make things easier to keep up with, and balance out the odds a bit?

That would be fantastic, in my mind.

My new empire is going to have a main ship, and another scouting type, I would really doubt that the scout ship would be able to hold a planet to any more degree than a small scouting outpost, while one of my main ships would, flagship or not.

need a rule that being afk for 2 days gets your turn forfeited.

We'll bring this up in a day or two. Been extremely lazy on getting to finishing that almost winnable battle against the Aturor ship.

Alright, wanted a reboot, and to make it work there will be a 50 year advancement with minimal additions to empires. The story addition of what has happened will be updated in a new bulletin and I can give the rest of this week for anyone who wants to update their empire profiles.
