| A crudely translated edition of the Occitanian Post. Translated words have simply been scrubbed out and replaced with red ink, while some words remain untranslated and remain in a fine black print. - Quote :
- Occitan borders on complete lockdown
Date: 24 Juni Author: Dietrich Lindt The Kaiser have not yet abolished the lockdown He placed upon the borders to Talibar, and has now in his wisdom decided to put the entire nation of Occitan on utter lockdown following the reports of strange attacks and more outbreaks of the Talibarian plague. Occitanian legionaires who were previously in reserve have now all been called in, and the Kaiser has also called in the Cavalry to guard borders. Five meter large walls made out of metal are being erected around the Vaterland's borders as a form of defence. As of the time of writing, this wall is not yet finished, but officials sent by the Kaiser have said that the wall will be done within three days, and is planned to only have one entrance where import and export can continue, although under heavy guard. Any attempt at fleeing or entering the country, or smuggling anyone in or out is still punishable by death.

In other news, following the murder of several guardsmen in Drausden and outlying settlements, and with the Legion occupied at the borders, several holy soldiers have been called in from the army to patrol all settlements and keep watch over them. Their current field-commander Kapitän Lars Uldmark had this to say;
"The people who reside around here do not seem to be very happy about having us here, and many seem distressed when around one of my men. And since no civilian casualties have yet been reported, we are suspecting this is some sort of small-time rebellion against our beloved Kaiser. But the men and I are greatly confident that there will be no more attempts at such a thing, as we are authorized to use lethal force should we see fit."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Kaiser Himself will be celebrating his sixty-fifth birthday this Freitag and invites all citizens to come to the capital of Occitan City and celebrate this glorious day with Him. A large public feast will be held, where only the most exquisitive meat and wine will be served. Roughly two-hundred cakes have been ordered by the royal court to be served during this feast. The Kaiser has also bought a large building for where an even larger feast will be held for the poor and homeless. This building is later going to be turned into a homeless shelter at the will of our loving Kaiser.
Wächtermacht officials say that they will be increasing the amount of guards in the capital for this occasion, and an increase in active royal guards is expected.
OOC: fuck you and your dead, we're having a feast over here behind our metal wall | |

An overwhelming sadness fills the hearts of all of us today as reports surface of the Kaiser's beloved wife having passed on to the Saints due to illness. She had been sick for quite some time, and the Kaiser was preparing to say his final farewell. She took her final breath in the safety of the royal palace, surrounded by those She loved. Little else could be done to make the situation more comfortable, and we can all rest assured that she was in no pain or suffering.
In order to celebrate Her memory, the Kaiser has ordered the statue of His father outside the palace to be remade and relocated so that a statue of Her holiness can be erected nearby.

In other news, legion expeditions into the Tiefwald have reported back succesful, with as many as 300 traitors captured and another 800 slain. All without any casualites. The leader of the expedition, Oberstleutnant Hans Teuermann speaks highly of his brave men. Walking through the barracks of the mighty soldiers, you can see them cheer and congratulate eachother on a job well done, as well as their new promotions they earned for this massive blow against Tiefwald-dwelling traitors.
200 prisoners are planned on being publicly executed over the course of 2 weeks, meanwhile the remaining 100 will be handed over to Royal scientists for medical and anatomy research.
