Citizens of Surna,

On behalf of our town, Surna, the Jewel of Talibar, I am disheartened to report that an unprovoked and unexpected act of war has been committed against our town. The Occitanian Order, an imperialistic force from the far west, has shown unending aggression toward the Talibarian Guard, and threaten our very citizens. We ask all that are able to fight do so immediately. This outrage has gone on long enough. We call you not only to fight for the lives of your friends, and family, but also for your freedom. They seek to enslave and genocide Talibar's citizens, and this cannot be allowed. Though they may sweep in unexpectedly, we shall strike back with such force, that it will shake the very foundations of their armies.
With this, we, the Surna Garrison, has declared a Draft to begin to help assist in this war.
We ask every man and woman capable of bearing arms help fight these invaders, they have trespassed upon your lands, they have threatened to slaughter your brethren.
They claim we are heretics, to them, this means EVERYONE. Will you stand for this act of aggression, or will you rise to defend yourselves and those you know and love?
Refusing to fight against the Occitanian force will result in a fate worse then death. They have declared an Inquisition, and will treat each and every man, woman and child captured with an inhumane regard.
So we must rise up under the banner of our nation to oppose these violent fanatical invaders, we shall rally to Surna and crush this incursion onto our land with swift justice.
The need that any of them seen near Surna, needs to be reported, or dealt with on sight.
In a couple days from now, there will a smoldering battlefield a few miles from Surna.. laced with the bodies of the Occitican Soldiers. Their blood, flowing into the cracks of our lands soil. And to heal this glum scene, a battalion of Talibarian Guards marching across the field, one Sergeant waving a Talibarian Flag high into the air, as a sign of victory, and freedom. The invaders may break our bodies, fellow Talibarnians. But our hearts, souls, and spirits in the Talibarnian dream won't be shattered.

Occitan enforces laws heavily. We have censorship!
If you commit a crime in Occitan, you loose either both hands or your head. There are not other ways of punishment.
Wouldn't you all like to keep your belongings yours? And Thorn might appreciate the discipline in the guard!

Actually, not if they bring in their army. There's only between 3 and 4 thousand knights heading to Talibar right now. Which leaves only 1 thousand back home.
