Swordsmanship: As an officer Stom is expected to know how to duel, though in truth he would rather find himself in melee.
Firearms: Having used a musket for much of his military career Stom can load, fire and maintain his weapon as well as any soldier would be expected to though he's by no means remarkable.
Unarmed Combat: Historically the Razel family has always loved it's fist fights and Stom is no exception to this rule.
Riding: Stom as spent a large part of his life in the saddle, be it moving about in battle or trundling along with his men he knows the proper ways about a horse, though he prefers to fight on foot.

Though much of the Razel family wealth has dwindled throughout the centuries the armor has remained, standing as a symbol and reminder of everything the Razel family stands for. The armor (not including the helmet, which mysteriously vanished soon after the cremation of Thorn Razel) has been passed down from generation to generation and is only ever worn by each true-blooded Razel when their body is cremated, trapping part of the deceased soul within the Stygian. This tradition has rendered the armor unwearable by living beings, as any attempt to wear the armor results in the entrapped souls taking possession of the wearer and sending him/her into a mad, violent bloodlust. Those who succumb to the bloodlust become single-minded killing machines, unable to meet even their most basic needs for survival meaning that in even the best of cases the wearer soon dies of dehydration or starvation.

This is a WIP, mainly for the biography but I will of course edit anything else that needs to be changed accordingly. One thing I'd like to stress is that despite still owning Thorn's trademark Stygian armor it -can not be worn- by any living being unless said person wishes to die in the next few days. Even if someone who wore the armor somehow removed it their mind would be left in a shattered, vegetative state if they're lucky.

He doesn't have the armor. It says right there that it basically kills anyone who wears it.

Yeah, sure. But he still has it in his possession- and of course, all he has to do is jump into the armour when he's got no more options left...

Considering the wearer goes mad until someone kills them or they starve to death it's not a question of if they'll die but rather at what point over the next week that they'll drop dead.

Now you have to make him the manliness man who gets all the girls and I MEAN ALL OF THEM.

At the end he will have to die though since all the characters played by Sean Bean do die eventually.

Actually I only ever watched Sharpe's rifles. I have however read a good deal of the books.
