History:
On the day of Anju's birth, her 'father', whom of which was a vampire, bit her mother. The same thing happened when Marshall was born.
Her mother and father never did tell either child whom their real father was, but they did not care much.
By the age of 10, Anju somewhat Mastered using the Memory Erase, so she would be able to focus the energy at the one memory. And then she was given the job, where she would have to erase the minds of her sisters victims, as she could not do it herself.
On her 11th Birthday, her Father gave her a doll, that used to be his grandmothers. The thing unique about the dumb-looking doll, was that it was inhabited with a spirit of some foolish man that her grandmother had put in it, and his name was from thereon, 'Boogie', to annoy him. Though Boogie was and is annoying, she loved him, so she carry's him everywhere. He likes to yell alot.
One day, exploring with Boogie, she came Across Surna, and though just watching in the shadows, she started to gain a liking for the people, so she stayed.

Current:
She hangs around alot, and almost never speaks unless spoken too. Though she is curious about alot of the people, she stays quiet. When her sister needs her, she just bascially stops what she's doing and leaves.

Notes:
-She Prefers The Blood Of Those Whom Are Stressed, Saddened, Or Angry. Race Does Not Matter. When she does bite a person feeling one of the emotions above, they feel better, usually the exact opposite of the emotion they portrayed.
-Though She Can Erase The Memory Of Her Biting People, She Must Rest Immediately Afterwards Or She Becomes Extremely Weak.
-She Was, And Still Is, Smarter Than Her Sister.
-She Barely Show Emotion, For Reasons Unknown.

I know what it means for a article of clothing to be considered, 'Lolita' but most people don't; which is my point.

A 12 year old, vampire, with a 'lolita' dress isn't going to shine the best on our reputation, just saying. I'm not fond of the concept either way.
