Clorshi
The Cheneys Empire, Clorshi, Type One/Three, Chlorine based atmosphere.
Considered a completely destroyed empire only dated in old charts and books, the planet’s inhabitants were rumored to be slow at developing technology. Many knew during the Clorshi War, based around every commonwealth located on the crust of the planet. The planet is known to be on the edge of the habitable zone, making it useless to any organisms that enjoys hot weather. The Chenyen were chlorine adapted, only able to inhale the chlorine that filled their planet. Due to this, the organisms were known to wear large pressure suits consisting of tanks filled with appropriate temperatures, gases, and medications. Only few species ever witnessed the slow time in which the axis of Clorshi spin, 256.7 days in universal time caused the organisms to create certain calendars consisting of seasonal-like movements. The planet’s waters were mainly underground, causing most major cities and countries of Clorshi to pave through the ground, causing official settlements on the surface to be rare. Though, the hazardous underground of Clorshi’s tectonic movement caused many independent countries to squat on the surface. The main countries on the large planet were the Chenyen Empire, mainly based on a “leader” government, and the Lanol Republic, a democratc-like government. Each adapted several different languages, never focusing an eye on space travel or anything related to space. The Clorshi planet was unrecognized, only for few probes could travel upon the grounds of Clorshi until local defense systems identified it as hostile. The Clorshin inhabitants were in a technology lock when the large war began between Cheney and Lanol, the technology consisting of small arms, automatic rifles, and few explosive devices. Years raged, generations passed, the two governments constantly met and conversed. It came to a time when technology rapidly began growing, due to recent resource finding in local Lanol mines. The Lanol Republic harnessed the energy of both the core, and the new-found resources to create a large explosive device no Clorshin had seen on paper, or in life. After only few more years of war, the missiles of Lanol landed in Cheney, and most of the countries surrounding. Unknown to the Clorshin inhabitants, the devices caused the atmosphere of the planet to change rapidly. Only those who looked to asylum underground survived the rapidly changing atmosphere, knowing that it would take centuries to finally restore Clorshin as it once was, even then it would not be the same place.
The Cheney Empire, Government Personnel and Affairs.
The Cheney Empire mainly used a communist system to control the government and such, the current Lord Commander of the Empire was to be listened to, and had the ability to declare anything of his own. The government was divided into two sections, the Legislative courts, and the Commanding courts, the Legislate courts would simply recommend laws to the Lord Commander, the Commander could veto any laws he thought would not benefit the nation. Generally, the government was based around the Lord Commander, most judicial affairs being handled by government agencies, and the Legislative courts compiling military personnel and such.
Military Personnel
The Chenyen military was mostly comprised of male Clorishins who had been trained since their early days to fight rigorously in a battlefield. The military was very in advanced, only handing out several rifles and only few automatic weapons to the general military in the time of war. The Chenyen country in general focused on their foot personnel, and still do. The morale of the Chenyen army was mainly faltering, though Chenyen Commissars would shoot any who dared desert. The Chenyen army was strong with numbers, but lacked the right supply and organization.
Naval Personnel
There is no documented navy in Cheney history, though in present day the navy has been just recently created in the rocks of Clorshi. The navy is mainly in advanced, using conventional methods of travel, eating the planet’s resources. Due to this, the Cheney seek asylum on other planets that support their adaptations.
General Information
CHENEY SOCIETY Population: Estimated 15,452,000,000 Age Expectancy: 145 to 160 Political Structure: Last known to be Communist, now unknown due to no studies of Cheney society in hundreds of years. General Technology: Below other species. Personal Freedoms: Known to date, the Cheney society has little say in anything. Relations: The Cheney society has not made contact with another species since it has been confirmed to be alive, other species have not bothered to take the planet from their hands due to light resources, and the atmospheric pressure.
To the Cheney society, only that of what they left behind hundreds of years ago is used to determine what the society has come to. All bits and pieces of information have been unconfirmed by other societies. The general information of the society today is unknown.
Present Day, Naval and Military Personnel.
The Cheney Society in recent encounters has depended on their pitiful technology and pressure suits, their status is solely unknown to the general universe society, but their ships have been spotted as of recently, traveling at the slowest of speeds, and seem to be that of amazingly old technology. Though, their fleet is slowly building. Currently, there are only three main types of ships that the Chenyens use most often, due to being cheap and wasting the least of resources.
Chonyalonal Fighter

Bachya Shuttle

Compatible for: Ten person[s]. Ammunition type: Hyrgrer machine guns. Deployment: Used to transport soldiers between planets in a single solar system, ships, or anything that requires such use.
Cheney Pride

Compatible for: Five hundred Naval personnel. Ammunition type: Rail weaponry. Regular ship supplements: Minimal shielding, oddly constructed hyper drives. Deployment: Used to transport soldiers between planets in a single solar system, ships, or anything that requires such use.
Cheney Corps of Discovery

The Corps are the foundation of Cheney exploration, their prime administration was to find asylum on different planets with a chlorine environment.
Crew The crew of the Corps is generally comprised of five hundred men and women, each either military, naval, scientific, or medical personnel. Each is issued a number for a barrack to reside in, and each is dressed with standard crew uniform according to occupation. Cheney Master-at-Arms generalize how the crew usually acts as an incompetent bunch. It is a typical naval crew, but only the rough conditions will make a bother towards Cheney personnel.
Decks The ship is divided into five decks, each serving a dire purpose towards the task of the ship. Deck A - Bridge, authorized access only. Deck B - Recreation Area, open to any and all personnel. Deck C - Barrack deck, all personnel reside here. Deck D - Medical/Armory, self-explanatory. Deck E - Engineering.
Technology Generally, the technology on the ship is very new to the Cheney, but already out of style for every other single species. Due to slow development, and not meeting any other species, the Cheney have simply stayed tucked away, slowly climbing out of the ditch it was once embedded in. The ship is a Cheney Pride, using all standard weaponry and such.
Storage The Cheney Pride can store up to twenty five total fighters, and is equipped with certain amounts of shuttles according to the amount of military personnel within the ship. Usually, the Cheney Pride carries an overcrowded load, filled with males and females. In the event that the ship was being destroyed, the commanding officers and anyone else important to the Cheney cause would use the vehicles supplied to escape, the others are considered expendable.
Usual Situation The Cheney Pride usually, as stated, is very packed. Due to this, the barracks overflow and cause personnel to sleep in the halls, or anything they can possibly sleep on. Several times have food supplies ran out on such ships, causing many to die from starvation. The same situation may happen with medications, as medications within the ship could simply begin to run low, and eventually be depleted. Many personnel die from such an event, Cheney are known for their grueling sicknesses.
