Neo Hazard's Lengthy Wall of Text + Rambles

Well, I'm going to start off this section, seeing as no one else felt it necessary to introduce themselves.

My common gamer tag is Neo Hazard, hence the forum account name. I'm 16, live in Mid-West USA. No more than that, ya stalkers . I've been playing games 90% of my life, and Roleplaying, in various forms, for a good 70% of that time. I do play World of Warcraft, and it takes my current priority in my gaming list, as I am an active level 80 end-game raider, but i've been looking for new outlets of Roleplay. My experience in WoW roleplaying gives me an idea for fantasy RP, and i am a lore fanatic (but when you start talking about original races, i tend to fall off track ;D). I've been roleplaying on WoW for 3 years. I've also played Garry's Mod 9 + 10 RP, don't remember 9 as much as I remember Mine-Dog and HL2Land for 10. I've been Roleplaying on Garry's Mod since early RP mod releases. I've also taken part in the sadder spectrum of RP games, The Specialists being one in particular in which i have roleplayed for over 4 years, and have run, maintained and roleplayed on my own server, giving me a basic administration experience as well as discipline, and i have an advanced knowledge of computer stemming from the constant maintenance needed. In a nutshell, I've roleplayed A LOT in the past 5-6 years, matured even more, and gained a lot of experience in various fields.

Despite being 16 and all the immature blunders that come with it, I do have a unique look on life, and I'm always open to intelligent debates and conversations. And I would like to apologize in advanced for my age and the aforementioned blunders, I do tend to revert to immaturity and sometimes my jokes can be downright stupid, but never the less, I'm not an idiot....to most.

I am a hardcore gamer, as you may have guessed from my mentioning of games. I play anything from Call of Duty, to World of Warcraft, to Mirror's Edge, Portal, TF2, CS:S, CS 1.6, HL 1+2, Garry's Mod, L4D, and on and on...

Console games are not my forte, unforunately.

I do hope to experience a genuine and spectacular fantasy RP on this server, as it seems to be the only one on Garry's Mod at the time, and i've yet to see any in the past and I've got high expectations, I'm downloading + installing all the files as I type.

I would like to note that I'm rather irritated by my first attempt to get onto the server, not only was I killed many times while attempting to figure out why the hell the character creator wasn't working, but none of you offered any sort of help, i.e. adding me to steam friends to chat with me or saying something useful in OOC which i can read but cannot talk back to.

I'm going to bed for now, i do hope that tomorrow I will NOT be disappointed by the inability to play on the server.

Everyone's had this problem. It's a server issue that I got quite pissed off trying to fix--I made that clear, and I screwed up my clientside menu--COMPLETELY--in the process. I cannot use my F1 menu AT ALL.

Do you know what you did to mess it up? Revert to an older version of the script?

I know you've already thought of this all just trying to throw suggestions\


Edit: If i might throw another suggestion, add the map file to the "Server Files, so Far" thread?

I changed the faction names.

Why that would mess it up?
