Naria is also the definite master of this skills. She often forgets her shoes, her house, her children and at least one item of clothing. S

-Naria's very clumsy. Her lack of physical prowess also contributes to this.

Meta human skills:

Naria is inbued with a series of gifts, granted from her creation. Basically what makes her different from your average human, is four facts.

1) Her beauty. Naria's almost inhumanly beautiful, she doesn't seem to take much care of herself, but still always seems to look her best.

2) Aging. Naria does not seem to age, and she doesn't even recall ever having a childhood. Naria does not gain or lose weight, irregardless of what she eats, she doesn't get wrinkles, grey hairs, or any sort of skin imperfection. She has always been 5'6'', 120 pounds, and looking as she was in her mid twenties. It is assumed she was created looking like this, and that she's not much older than Ariel. Although she could easily be several hundred years old.

3) Her most impressive ability is turning her body into various degrees of light. This is due to the nature of her creation, and is involuntary. Different degrees of this transformation are performed by several types of emotions, from a slight radiance when she's happy, to an almost ethereal, almost light bulb state when she's panicked. The more intense uses of this transformation tire her out pretty quickly, 3 seconds of her fully ethereal state make her very tired, half a minute is almost lethal.

4) The fact she was created by magic means that magic itself can alter her. Depending on her mood, she sometimes changes the color of her eyes, and of her hair, to either different shades or totally different colors. Being hurt by elemental magic seems to affect her appearance too, curiously, her eyes turning bright red by being inflicted with fire, or pale when inflicted by ice. This, although trivial, is quite odd.

Which is contrasted by some counter effects.

1) Naria's physically weaker than the average human female, she's weak, and will often rather cry than fight back. She's also very susceptible to magic attacks, given that she's a magical entity. Magic hurts her around twice as much as a regular human does.

2) Her weakness is also represented in how any sort of drug affects her. Changes on the regular status of her body are very drastic for her, a pint of beer can make pass out of drunkenness, your average medicine or poison will work 4 times better on her.

3) Since she had no childhood, she never fully grew up. She's very childish, at least for her age, and is quite naïve. Even though she has gained maturity over the years, she's still mentally very young, heavily contrasted by her mature, sultry body.

4) She's not particularly smart, and is quick to forget things.


Naria's past is extremely mysterious. Her mysterious qualities lead to assume she wasn't born, but instead summoned by magical ways. Her creator is however, unknown. According to her, Naria originally spoke a language nobody on the town she appeared on knew, a language she forgot now. She was taken in a tavern, where after a couple of years she finally learned basic, and adapted to society. She thought up the last name Aoki, she liked it, so she kept it as her official surname.

She has spent most of her life doing odd jobs, most of them related to her beauty. Her original job was working as a waitress on the same tavern she was taken into, a job where she was required to wear different sorts of costumes, probably where she got her love of cosplaying. Around this time, she became pregnant with Ariel. She has never said who is Ariel's father, and she will often try to change the subject if asked, leading some to believe Ariel was either a mistake, or prephaps worse.

Naria moved to Thereon when Ariel was about 5 years old, in search of job opportunities. Up to now, her vast array of odd jobs she has been involved in go from massage therapist, nurse, maid, waitress, bartender, custodian, saleswoman, to even guard for a short time. Naria has tried her best to be a mother to Ariel, once having 3 jobs to finance Ariel's studies, as well as to pay for their house. She really loves her daughter, and has demonstrated to be willing to do anything for her.

However, even with all her hard work, her sweet nature, and even with her beauty, Naria has never been able to keep a stable relationship with anyone. She has never been married, and although she has dated several people, her relationships have never lasted more than one week, which is by the way, her record. It's kind of hard to understand why is this, maybe she's just unlucky. And even with this fact, some people still believe that Naria is a promiscuous woman, mainly due to her looks, and her fanaticism of cosplay. Her very reserved and shy nature kind of proves otherwise.

Naria is 5'6'', about 120 pounds. She has fair skin, and very long golden blonde hair, which she's very proud of and takes care of throughfully. Her measurements are roughly B95, W60, H89, although her remarkably bad memory probably means this measurements are wrong. She has sky blue eyes, that have a slight golden aura to them, making her eye color look a different color depending of lighting conditions. She always looks young, and doesn't seem to retain scars or skin damage, although she is easily fractured.

Her description, curiously, matches that of many different women through history, leading to believe that maybe Naria is a reincarnation of some other being. This doesn't really explain her personality though.


Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Deity: None
Magic power: Unknown. It isn't clear if she can use magic or not, or to what degree, she has never bothered in learning magic. She naturally produces magical energy, though, leading to people with a high enough knowledge to be able to absorb this energy and use it against her will.


-Mantain a stable relationship( In progress ): Maybe someday she'll find the right man for her.
-Take care of Ariel( Eternal ): It's what a mother does.
-Find a better place to live for Ariel and her( In progress ): The shared floor they live on is just not cutting it.


-Moon shaped ear rings and necklace.
-( On her house ) A massive amount of clothing, including various work uniforms, attires and costumes.
-A small amount of money, her current savings.

What is Naria specifically in terms of age, race, et cetera? You give a lot of maybes but very few specifics. I don't see why this isn't in the approval section, either. Yeah, Naria's already existed, but you're redoing her, so you should probably get the changes re-accepted as well.

For which reason I'm moving this back. Don't worry, it most likely won't stay there very long. Just fill me in on things.

That's the thing, Naria is something really weird, I don't know if I specified that anywhere but she's a magically created human. She's not human since she wasn't born by natural means, and because of all the weird things with her. She's a humanoid, or better put, meta-human.

Her age is not clear, it's estimated to be at least 25, even if that implies that she would have had Ariel at age 8. She doesn't remember having a childhood, or ever being any younger that she already was, so she was probably created at this age. Why probably? Because it's nearly impossible to determine, and that's one big part of the RP of Naria, finding out who she is and how was she made.

With Naria there are barely any specifics, she's built out of all that questions and ambiguities and theories. Because that's what she is, a prototype, a theory.

But if you don't specify everything, I don't know what I'm accepting. If you yourself don't know everything about her powers (personality and some details about the backstory that don't correspond with powers are okay to leave out) then there's a problem.

Point is, if you don't tell me everything right here and now, just leave it blurry, you can change anything at any point and it'll technically already be accepted. That's my dilemma. I can't accept something I don't know very well.

Her powers are all clearly put in. If she's hit with lethal strength she will kind of explode into a burst of light and regenerate. Her magical origins make her kind of unstable so her physical appearance is due to change depending of the elements around her and her mood.

That's it, that's about it, the blurry stuff would be her backstory and the father of Ariel, something that she oddly doesn't recall at all. She's not a superhuman of any sort, I think I made it really clear she sucks at fighting in any way and that I don't want her to fight.

Well yeah, she's fine in terms of strength, but I'm making a hundred percent sure this isn't the daughter of a god, a sleeping ancient beast of chaos and destruction compressed into a girl, or a human with unexplained bloodline immortality/inbuilt-fountain-of-youth powers. With an unclear past you can just asspull stuff later on.

And if she's not being used in combat, then again, why does it matter?

You can't asspull stuff like that without it being powerplay or otherwise against the rules, anyway.

It's been done before. This is a preventive measure.

Well, that took some time to write...I guess I can write it again.

Put in a nutshell. Naria's actual origin is from a mage who wanted to make his terminally ill wife live. He searched for several ways to reach immortality for them to live forever perpetually, by making themselves magic beings. He was never able to reach it, so he found ways to cheat death.

One of these is Naria's "explosion into light". However, this had flaws, if done too many times in a short period, magical cohesion would fail, and the soul holding this magic together would be released. As this was unavoidable (She would actually die then), he thought of a desperate although effective way of making her transcend.

This was, that once the soul holding this magic together was to dissipate, this magical essence was to immediately go and hunt down a pure soul to replace the lost one, as well as look for the magic that it may have lost during it's last burst into light. This is a process that could take from months to years to centuries, but it guaranteed in a way, that his wife would "live" forever.

He was the first one of the cycle, for he wanted to demonstrate he would literally die for her. It is unknown for how long has this cycle been going on, but something he apparently didn't realize. Personality and skills are directly linked with souls. His wife would reincarnate, physically, but each reincarnation would have a vastly various background, skills, personality, even eye color. It would not be the same person, just appear to be.

Not only that, but it was not guaranteed that all souls would be human. This is what happened in Naria's case. Her soul came from a white rabbit, which explains her short memory, her unknown origins, her childlike and naive attitude, her innocence, and even her blue eyes (All white rabbits have blue eyes, and her eyes are blue by default, even though they can change color ).

It is unknown that, if Naria has a daughter, any other past reincarnations have had children too, since, after all, none of them have any relation with each other, as Naria does not recall or even know she is a reincarnation.


So yeah, that's basically it. This doesn't overpower her, in the case she would die and revive, a new character would have to be created, since it's a totally new person. Unlike certain characters I know, she's not invincible, she can't use this to offensive means, and her death actually means permanent death.

It's alright Nar, I remade it, no damage was done. If all, the new one's better. It's not like it had any transcendence anyway, it was up for what, 30 minutes? I didn't exactly spend a lifetime doing that post.

If she has the soul of a rabbit, why doesn't she hop around and eat foliage?

Granted, she's not exactly smart, but she still talks and acts pretty human for a rabbit.
