Very pretty, but lights of any kind, when used too much, make the server lag like Pat lags when you ask him a question on SF.

It takes alot of system resources to calculate dynamic lights. If these calculations are client-side, it'd lag alot of people. And if they're server-side, they'll still lag people. But not as much.
